Successfully created and directed marketing programs and start-up sales efforts for a new all-suite hotel chain to compete with Marriott & Hyatt hotels. Secured a hotel company to joint venture a mixed-use development. Supervised and secured pre-leasing, and management of two office buildings of approximately 140,000 square feet. Coordinated the pre-opening and ongoing marketing of two Marriott hotels, achieving outstanding room and food and beverage revenues.
