We are committed to a strong relationship with owners by keeping them informed and insisting on their involvement through Monthly Meetings, participation in Business Planning and Budget Reviews.

Scope of Services:

Citimark Hospitality, Inc. offers its services in all areas of hospitality development and management. The strong relationship established with nationally recognized hotel companies such as Marriott, Radisson, Hilton and Embassy Suites, allows Citimark to maximize the benefits offered by the franchise system. These services are designed to guide the property through all phases of development and operation. They include:

  • Turn-around Situations
  • Hotels / Resorts

  • Food and Beverage Operations
  • Market Studies for Re-development and Conversion
  • Design and Construction

Business Relationship:

Management:

From the inception of the management agreement, Citimark Hospitality, Inc. will assume full operational responsibility of a hotel. Citimark will provide owners with a Business Plan focused on the immediate needs of the property, including any conversion or re-development (see items below). The Plan encompasses a detailed Marketing Plan, Operational Performance to include Present and Future Pro-Forma and a Capital Budget where needed.

To keep owners involved and apprised of their investment, Citimark Hospitality, Inc. provides the owners on a monthly basis, with the property's Financial Statement; a current critique of the property's performance; prior month's Marketing Plan update; and a Marketing and Operational Update of future months.

We are flexible, performance motivated and will design our relationship to satisfy hotel ownership. Citimark Hospitality, Inc.'s commitment is as follows:

  • We will report all issues of owner liability.
  • We will safeguard the investment.
  • Although we are small, but because of it, we pay more attention.
